Innovative Enterprises was a community outreach program based out of Frederick, MD that aimed to use theatre as a creative outlet for at-risk youth. Innovation Theatre Co. is a branch of Innovative Enterprise that focused on teen outreach. Innovation Playgroup focused on the elementary and middle school aged children.
